DecoSummit 2025 dates: TBD
No, your general admission ticket will give you access to all of the classes, except for the hands-on training classes on an embroidery machine or printer of your choice. You will, however, be able to access demo classes on the machines.
Hands-on training classes are classes where you get to choose an embroidery machine or printer to train on in advance. The hands-on training classes will be with a small group with 1 instructor and an assistant. You will be placed on the machine of your choice that you reserve ahead of time. Each machine will be shared by a maximum of 2 people.
Demo classes will consist of one instructor on a single machine in the front of the class. For people further away, we will be projecting what the instructor is doing on a big screen.

Travel arrangements are not included with the purchase of a DecoSummit ticket. However, you can book your accommodation at a special group rate.
All classes are first come, first serve, meaning that as long as there is room, then you can enter the class with the exception of hands-on training classes. You will need to register in advance for the hands-on training classes if you purchase a VIP ticket. When you register for the hands-on training classes, you will also need to request the specific machine model that you would like training on and the specific time slot.
No, tickets for our 2025 conference are not transferable. If you are no longer able to attend this year’s DecoSummit and require a refund, please email us with your ticket information and the reason for the cancellation. Please refer to our refund policy to see if you qualify for a refund.
