At Ricoma, we take customer satisfaction seriously, and we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. That's why we have implemented a comprehensive 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind. If you find yourself needing to return a product within this timeframe, rest assured that we will gladly accommodate your request. However, it's important to note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to eligible items. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our products and service while also allowing us to process returns efficiently. We believe in transparency and fairness, and our return policy is designed with your best interests in mind. We provide a 1-year warranty for parts. Shipping & labor is covered for 90 days.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or defective.

All returns need to be approved by Ricoma and need to have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be received. Ricoma will not accept returns without an RMA number.

For an item to be determined defective and to receive an RMA number, please contact us https://ricoma.com/US/support. Please be ready to provide the machine's serial number, your name, phone number, email address, and description of the problem.

Please note that all software sales and open consumables sales are final.

Printing bundles are not included under this return policy.

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions to consumables can be canceled at any time. However, please note that any shipments already processed prior to cancellation are subject to our standard return policy.
