We provide a 1-year warranty for parts. Shipping & labor is covered for 90 days.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or defective.
All returns need to be approved by Ricoma and need to have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be received. Ricoma will not accept returns without an RMA number.
