The cartridges prevent ink from clogging the printheads while the printer is in storage mode. The liquid in the cartridges also helps to safely empty the lines of ink, ensuring there is no ink buildup during a long storage time. If you plan on putting your Ricoma Vision DTG printer in storage mode, these cartridges are an absolute necessity that will keep your machine producing vibrant, high-quality color prints for a long time.
Please note that storage fluid cartridges should be purchased according to the color slot needed, such as Cyan ink/Cyan storage fluid cartridge, and so forth.
