Damaged Product

I received this heat press damaged. The edges were bent and mangled, regardless of the packaging. I sought solutions from Ricoma and have heard nothing from them. I wanted to make future purchases, but I’ve definitely reconsidered that thought after this failure in customer service! The only reason I give this item 2 stars is the machine heats up, but I don’t know if there are damaged components other than just cosmetic damage.
